Support

Submit a support request if you’re experiencing technical issues when sending vehicle safety data via SFTP or the API.

To raise a support request you’ll need to tell us:

  • your manufacturer name
  • your name
  • your email address
  • your API key or SFTP username if you have it
  • what the issue is

Give as much detail as possible about your issue. If you have more than one issue, raise a support request for each issue.

We aim to respond to your request within 5 working days, but it may take longer during busy periods.
